Viewing firewall logs

The Firewall report shows incoming and outgoing packets, as well as the IP address of the machine sending the packet and the protocols used.

To view the Firewall log:

1.	In the Icon panel, click Firewall.

2.	Click the Reports tab.

The Reports panel opens.

3.	Under Firewall Report, select how you want to view the information:

•	Real-Time Report. Lists packets as the firewall detects them.

•	View HTML Report. Captures the latest packet information and displays it in your browser.

The report shows the following information:

 

Firewall report
Date/Time	When the firewall detected the packet.
Local IP	The Internet address where the packet originated.
Remote IP	The Internet address where the packet is traveling.
Protocol	The type of network connection used to send the packet.
Application Name	The name of the application where the packet is being sent (if any).
